  • I only really need an address for occasional mail. So, for me, one of the services that only charges a really low fee for the address itself and a token number of letters is ideal. Do you do that by any chance?

I know a lot of freelancers are desperately looking for that kind of service, without having to pay the larger fees (which include higher mail allowances) some of the virtual address companies charge.

After some research on the company referenced though, I totally agree, if a virtual address company can't display their own address their is surely something wrong!

I found one that does exactly that freelancegal,
    yourcityoffice.com/special-offers.php

They allow a maximum of 10 pieces of mail per annum before they start charging any more, but its worked very well for me.

    Hope that Helps

Not if the bank have any sense ;-)

Actually you probably can, however it will not have any lines of credit available, you'll need to provide a personal guarantee/assets for lines of credit and that will require a credit check on your personal address

here's someone else so keen to promote a business that they not only sign up especially, but also dig out a very old thread...
I assume you have no links whatsoever with that company :D

PS this thread just seems to be attracting spamming, maybe it's coming up high on google searches, it may be worth locking it, as genuine posters will easily start a new one?
  • Certainly, there are a range of options for you. Many people have the same problem. But virtual offices are solutions of this. There you can do whatever you wished to do in your own office. As you said you don't have much money to buy your own office, so you can take it on rent.
