Help with CCJ

Hi,
I have used experian (as a paid member for quite a while) up until recently switching to Noddle. When i checked my noddle report I saw numerous things that were not on my Experian credit file.
One thing on there was a CCJ registered at an old address which I no longer have any access to. The only information I can see is the amount, the date and that it is with the County Court Business Centre.
I have no idea how I am supposed to go about dealing with this as that is the only information I have to go off.
It is only by chance I found out I had one!
What should I do?

Contact the CCBC to get the details:
County Court Business Centre (CCBC)
Edit: I would also check your credit file with Equifax to make sure there is nothing else negative recorded on your credit files

I would have expected experian to be listing a CCJ , a CCJ is a matter of fact and not the case of who reports where
there is a possibility that noddle have listed this to the wrong account0 -
A very common occurrence, could be a parking fine, maybe a speeding fine, old utility bill you forgot to pay, or an old credit debt.
The company that takes you to court is only obliged to send details and court forms to the last known address, the court will be able to give you more information, best to use email, as the phone lines are usually pretty much stretched.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I thought this.
But i have paid for a court check and found it is indeed accurate on Noddles part.
The level of unsecured debt is also vastly different between the 2 credit agencies.
Noddle seem to think its to the tune of 7000 where as experian is a decent score and 1400 of unsecured debt :mad:0 -

Or are you saying there are accounts listed of which you have no knowledge?
Are you disputing the accuracy of the account reporting?
Edit: And don't worry about your credit score as lenders neither use it or see it. They score you against their own independent criteria and policies using the data held in your credit file(s) added to the data you submit in a credit application.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Contact the court and ask about the CCJ.
Also check all 3 of your credit files - don’t pick one over the other by choice.0 -

I'm not disputing the account, I had a lot of debt issues around 2016 due to uncontrollable and regrettable personal circumstances. My only issue, if you will, is that I had been using Experian as a paid service believing that they would be at least a half accurate representation of my financial history, I knew that I had made settlement agreements with a lot of my creditors so I was just coasting assuming that the reason I didn't have many open accounts on Experian was that I had made these settlements.
I feel like I've had no chance to do anything about the debt becoing a CCJ before it became one! and now regardless of any effort made to clear my defaults - which might I add, I have been doing rather well! - it is all wasted!Contact the court and ask about the CCJ.
Also check all 3 of your credit files - don’t pick one over the other by choice.
I have actually just been in the process of doing just this!
Thank you for all your help! My dire financial history is becoming quite a pain for me now. Considering my career may also be affected because of these matters!0
