Endsleigh home insurance policy

Howdy!
I've been with endsleigh for my contents insurance since March 2017
I renewed with them again this year . However, I received an email on the 19th of this month about their change in business structure .
Apparently it will be handled "by my insurer RSA insurance Group PLC"
Is this anything to be concerned about ?
I am a leaseholder , so assume contents insurance is all I need.
