BT 4600 cordless landline phone and hearing loop

I’m severely deaf and can only use phones equipped with an inductive coupler, T loop setting on hearing aids. This BT 4600 phone is the default recommendation by BT for people with my level of hearing loss.

But the Inductive Coupler output is rather low which I find is a problem with many phones.

However the phone has a standard size jack plug socket for a neck loop that works with the hearing aids. These neck loops don’t come with a microphone and when plugged in I can hear the caller but they can’t hear me as I assume the phone’s built in mic is turned off.

Any ideas how I can sort this problem?

Just had a quick look online and an arrticle said "Most neck loops are also fitted with built-in microphones."

Which neck loop are you using or referring too? (PS. I'm not an expert!)

No, sorry they don’t.
On eBay today a typical Sarabec hearing aid neck loop, no mic. None of mine have mics either.
