  • Oh wow i was just sorting out my shopping list to make some hot choc mugs - so this is good incentive for me to sort them out.

I'm gonna make some chocolate covered spoons and put in some hot choc sachets, some marshmellows. I may put in a bottle of suitable liquer as well.

Thanks for the motivation - i'll post a picture of mine when they're finished.

  • used to see things like your lovely gift in the shops but thought they were so expensive.
Since being of this web site it helps me give ideas for presents without spending a fortune.
    Thanks so much.

These are so good. Showed them to my daughter (9) whose now given me a list stating how many she wanted for friends  so looks like I'll be busy. Thanks for sharing, there are such a good idea, and so much nicer than the tat you get in shops for the same price. Really inspiring:T:T:T

This thread has inspired me to make some for my learning support assistants who work with me in school. Thanks for the tip about the whisks. I have just ordered 10m of clear cellophane with silver stars on it for a fiver inc p&p and some silver ribbon which cost a few quid. These were both on ebay. They will last way longer than just this xmas.
