I work in a shop that has rolls of cellaphane so that was easy for me to get hold of, I am not sure where you could buy it, maybe a craft shop, florist or stationers?
The tags were not difficult, I thought I was going to try something intricate but thought they looked quite nice when simplified. I just wrote the name on a bit of silver card, stuck it onto another piece of pink card and cut it out into a lable shaped, punched a hole through to thread the ribbon through and stuck on a festive foil shape (I picked up a big pack of these shapes from a card shop after christmas last year for 10p!)

Thats great, I don't have a Primark near me but I am going next week so I'll have a look.
I noticed that Woolies also did a 4 pack of Rachel Hale cups (gorgeous kitten/puppies) for £6. I think I am going to get those my my other daughter and fill them the same way
