two years ago when they had the christmas cracker advent comp, I won two prizes that never arrived. When I emailed molton brown over it, they said nothing could be done about it, and that maybe there had been an error in my cookies which said I had won the prizes. They never apologised or anything :(

Aha. Thank you. Tried to take notice but kept missing bubbles. I assumed it was points or time but couldn’t work it out.
