    The bundle has also been sent to the claimant, that video really helped.

    I don't think i'll see much until my court date now.. wish me luck.

    I lost. £214 instead of £40 at the date of receiving the PCN. I'd have been better off just paying at the start..

    I stayed for 5 hours, the sign states 2 or 3 as a gym member. There was no other grounds for the argument :(

    what thats crap, what did the judge say to section 11 of your defence? Maximum should be £70??

    Judge didn't say anything. Waved the legal costs and recovered the requested amount. I have two more that have come through. These are for under three hours. Hopefully these work out..
