I lost. £214 instead of £40 at the date of receiving the PCN. I'd have been better off just paying at the start..

I stayed for 5 hours, the sign states 2 or 3 as a gym member. There was no other grounds for the argument

what thats crap, what did the judge say to section 11 of your defence? Maximum should be £70??0

Judge didn't say anything. Waved the legal costs and recovered the requested amount. I have two more that have come through. These are for under three hours. Hopefully these work out..0

But they can't recover the added sixty quid, did you not argue that? You must.
