hi, i was driving my gf car and parked in what i thought asdas cark park in poole, but it was a smart parking car park poorly signed and late at night. we have ignored all letters up to date, when i was at work my gf phoned zenith collectors to tell them she wasnt driving, she told them i was the driver and my name but no other details about me. i called them shortly after i said my name but didnt give any other details, he tried to get me to tell him my details, but told them id see them in court and hung up. is it too late to use the notice to owner trick? sorry if iv missed the thread but am new to this.
