Redundancy and Early Conciliation

Any advice please... Partner and I both work for a small company bought out a few months ago and we were TUPEd across to new owners who are relocating and have given comp redundancy letters to all of us. They have given a month's notice, less than our entitlements due to length of service and have given notice before consultation meetings next week (so sham consultation). They have also told us that they will be paying stat min over period of 3 months. Other things badly handled and they have refused to discuss so am likely going for early conciliation to try and increase package - any advice please?
