Driver recently stayed at a NCP car park which The keeper booked and paid for (I have a receipt for this) should I give them a ring and tell them my booking reference or will they dispute this?

Never, ever ring a parking scammer!
Edit your post to remove information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.
