Monument Payment Break Plan Reclaim

Hello,
Barclays have written to me to inform me that I can potentialy claim a refund on the payment break plan I apparently had in the past. The trouble is I have to call them to get my address verified, even though they've written to me. I simply CANNOT get through on the phone line: 0800 161 5313. Anyone else had trouble getting through?

    I'd imagine they have sent a lot of these letters out to start the time bar clock so a lot of people are calling. Why not go into a branch and see if they can assist? Take photo ID and copies of recent bills
