Can't switch away from Out Fox The Market - Help
So even before the latest price rise I started a switch away from oftm to Scottish Power online dec 19 b5 fix (broker only) via energy lynx.
The switch has failed, energy lynx claim this is because SP have told them they don't have contact details for oftm to take over the supply. OFTM have been around for a while now and have 300k customers so this seems unlikely.
And of course now the tariff I applied for has been withdrawn and the new one is £150 per year more.
Anyone else had this problem trying to leave OFTM? Any suggestions for companies that may accept those trying to leave OFTM?
