I'm not yet a 'regular' but I'd send it in a message to the OP ASAP. My one and only parking charge was resolved after a kind poster let me know who to send a landowner's complaint to. I understand that we need to be cautious about messaging, but can't immediately see why it wouldn't be a valid route in this instance.0

Because you haven't read the NEWBIES thread yet. You need to know to complain to the landowners and how to defend this in court (luckily if you live in Manchester, their Judges know about the PPC scam).
