Its all broken, even the telephone security system doesn't recognise card numbers.
I thought I had been locked out because I changed my address this morning using online banking, but the call centre is unable to help with any banking at the moment due to the system problem.
Edit: hopefully the faster payments haven't got lost0 -
No error for me, it just cycles back to the initial log on page0

Anybody have any advice on paranoid feelings when this kind of thing happens?
They always seem to be really slow at alerting customers to problems and there is just an empty space of doubt. Or is just me?0 -
Assuming you're not referring to genuine mental health issues (for which this obviously isn't the right forum), you could follow the usual recommendation on here to use multiple accounts with different banking groups, so that in the event of problems like this, you'd have the reassurance that you'd still have access to some of your money....sheffieldeagle wrote: »Anybody have any advice on paranoid feelings when this kind of thing happens?

It's more of a comment on online banking and the moments when you are wondering if somebody may have gained access to your account. Without a quick system of notification (from the banks) there is always a moment of worry for me and I assume for others as there are lots of posts on here.0 -
