E: 03/12 Win 6 tickets to Enchanted Parks in Gateshead 04-09/12
reg/login with Living North
Gateshead's magical arts experience returns to Saltwell Park transforming it into a wonderland of lights, colour, sound and performance. We’ve teamed up with Enchanted Parks to give one lucky reader the chance to win six adult tickets to an occasion perfect for families and culture vultures alike. Enchanted Parks will introduce you to The House of Lost and Found, the mysterious travelling fair. At the helm is Peter Cavalier, an illusionist and philanthropist who has gathered around him an extended ‘family’ of people who are in some way lost. This weird and wonderful troupe attract attention, suspicion and awe wherever they turn up; overnight they appear, stay for a few days and then disappear. Each fair is different, taking on the quirks of wherever they end up – but the story is always the same: what have you lost and how can they help you find it?
New for 2018 at Enchanted Parks is street food by By The River Brew, as well as a market, with gifts on offer from the likes of Baltic shop, Durham Distillery, The Crafthood and Thought Foundation.
