CCJ appearing on the registry

Hello all,
I received a CCJ on the 8th November 2018, which appeared on my credit report (experian and noddle almost instantly). I work away for long periods of the year so when the original requests for the debt came through I wasn't around.

To cut a long story short I paid this judgement completely on the 17th November 2018 and obtained a proof of payment which I sent to Northampton County Court (using the email address and title that they confirmed on the phone) on the understanding that by doing this it would be removed from the registry as I'd paid within 28 days.

I have checked the registry and this judgement isn't there - am I safe to assume that it has now been removed or does it take a while for it to appear on the registry in the first instance? I'm worried that by not receiving any correspondence from the court I could get caught out and unfortunately I'm going away again in the next couple of days and would be unable to try and phone them?

Thanks
