A little help please, new to the forum experience and wanted to share a reply of an appeal I made.
Not sure what I should send to this response I got:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your correspondence relating to your Parking Charge Notice (PCN).

The representations stated in your correspondence have been noted and considered. Please forward to us the full name and address of the driver at the time this charge was incurred so that we can update our records accordingly.

We are placing this Notice on hold for 14 days from the date of this email to allow you to provide the details requested.

Yours faithfully,

Highview Parking Ltd.
Any ideas????? Thanks in advance!

did you use the blue text template from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread, appealing as KEEPER (not as driver) ??

if so, they probably want the drivers details, in which case , IGNORE and wait for a POPLA code or a cancellation

Highview on a phishing trip, even fishing with dead bait.

Wait for your POPLA code, you cannot be giving scammers personal details can you ?

Where was this, what happened, were you shopping ?

Thanks for your quick replies! Yes this happened on 3rd November- I was shopping and it’s a maxim 3 hour stay and I went over by 37 minutes.
I appealed as the keeper only and that they can’t transfer liability to me. I also said it was my right not to name the driver but they sent me that back

no "MY , ME , MYSELF & I" , not on a public forum

sit back and wait for a popla code or cancellation

Which company/retailer ???

So, they cannot transfer to the keeper ?
They don't know who the driver is ???

Wonder what they will do next ?

Well if it doesn’t get cancelled I could always go to the one of the shops and complain and get it cancelled that way??
Just got to find a recipt for proof

But you don't need to do any of that. Highview will cancel, or you will win at POPLA as log as a badly-untrained Assessor doesn't think their PCN is a POFA one (which it is not).

There was no need for a thread about that letter; it's obvious why they sent it as they know they will lose unless they can fool you into responding and handing over the driver's details like a numpty!
