Printing labels Word 2003

Since we have had new servers at work I am unable to print labels in Word. I use the correct set up for the Avery labels but they seem to lose their formatting and when printed, are not on the label correctly so I have to throw them away. Anyone know what is causing this?

With the updated servers, have they changed the version of office? Or changed the printers..? These could have an effect as changing the server itself shouldn't make many difference.

Are you using old documents setup before the server change? Does it happen when you create a brand new document on this new setup?

Also, can you try printing to another printer??

Sorry i don't have a definitive answer...but there are a few things to try! if that doesn't sort it or lead you in the right direction let us know the results! :)

If the printers are network printers it might be worth asking the system admin if they have changed anything!

It sounds like a printer driver problem get your ite department to updatet he drivers to use official drivers produced by the manufacturer opposed to using the drivers built in to windows.

or a comon problem I get is the paper guides are not set correctly in the printer so check them.
