Getting members fees back

Since I seen it on Martin's show I've been on to Yorkshire bank regarding my miss sold members fee account that I've been paying every month for the last 5 years.i sent them an email explaining everything like Martin set out on the email and 2 months later I've just received a phone call saying they are now investigating this and will write to me with the outcome.so fingers crossed I might get something back.
