Excel File Corrupted

Hi all,
So I've been doing some work on an Excel file via LibreOffice. I can open it and update it via LibreOffice with no issue.
I've transferred the file to work which uses Windows and now the Excel file will not open. It says it is corrupt and cannot be repaired.
Is there any way I can get it to work? I've spent so long working on it.
I've had a quick Google but I can't see any ideas.
Please can someone help or is all that time and hard work gone?

Did you save the file in the same version of Excel that you are using at work?Retired at age 56 after having "light bulb moment" due to reading MSE and its forums. Have been converted to the "budget to zero" concept and use YNAB for all monthly budgeting and long term goals.0

^^ Yeah - try going back to libra office and saving it with a few different filenames using different formats.
Then try them all at work until one works - then save it at work using excel0 -
Or if you want to try fixing it now whilst at work, try this :-

Thanks both. It is now working again.
I did the "file, repair" thing it said on Google but it didn't work, so I tried what Andy said, it worked. Thanks so much.
