The permission includes dependants and appears to relate to a 'scheme of work' in relation to an equestrian business.
My interpretation of condition 2 is that a 'scheme of work' has to be submitted and approved by the LPA covering the restoration of the site to its former condition after the cabin has been removed.

I.e. the 'scheme of work' will detail what work is required to remove utilities, hardstandings, access roads etc and presumably to re-soil and seed the land as well as redigging any ditches and replacing any fences/hedges removed as part of any access.

To hammer a further possible nail into the coffin of the OP's plan:-
The occupation of the log cabin shall be limited to a person solely or mainly employed or last employed in the equestrian business on land off Mill Lane occupying the plot edged red on the site location plan, or a widow or widower or surviving civil partner of such a person, and to any resident dependants.
...if the land the cabin would be located on is not part of the plot edged red and/or the OP does not intend to engage in 'equestrian business' occupying the plot edged red, then they wouldn't be able to live there, unless employed by the owner of the red edged plot.

E.g. if the land with the cabin permission is being sold off separately from the plot edged red and/or the OP decides against starting their own business.

Thanks Each Penny, I'll look elsewhere for four solid walls that have the right to remain.
