Scottish Bank Charge Claims get Go-Ahead!

I was reading the Herald, scottish newspaper that scottish consumers are successfully claiming their money back.

Despite the freeze on english bank charge claims, it appears you can apply to a Scottish court and get your bank charges reclaimed.
Even if you are domiciled in England and provided the head office of your Bank is based in Scotland you can pursue your claim through the courts.

Check it out: http://www.bankcharges.info/ Click on latest scottish news!
Or gop to GovanLaw website for up to date info.

There are obstacles (of course, aren't there always?) You have to go through the small claims court max £750 and you can only go back 5 years. If your charges are in excess you have to refer to FOS.
