UKCPM and IAS appeal rejected

Hi,

I own the flat that I live in and my parking space is inside the development behind a gate which you need a remote or code to get into. To start with we had no parking company at the property and I was the first to move in in the development. Issues occured with people parking in others spaces in the non gated parking, on the street, so they brought in UKCPM.
One day I forgot to put my permit in my windscreen (it was on the front passenger seat instead) and I got a parking fine from them. I appealed to them and the IAS (which after I appealed found out they are called a donkey court on here) and both appeals got rejected. My appeal got rejected from the IAS on the 21st of November. I have not yet received any letters from UKCPM, Gladstone's or anyone else asking for any money yet.
In my appeal I did mention that no where in my lease does it say I need a permit to park and most of the other generic things I found on here to put in there.
How long does it usually take for them to get in contact if they are going to chase it up after both appeals got rejected? And what are my chances of going to court and not losing to them if they try and take it that far?

Thanks

there is a good chance of a court case within 6 years, after an LBC arrives, which is after the begging letters that you ignore

read the recent BARGEPOLE assisted case in Guildford, sounds a lot like yours, where he helped the lady to win

You should find they will start a claim in the New Year.

Your chances of winning are as near to 99% success as you can hope for on here, and has been for some two years now. The 1% is down to odd Judges' decisions or a badly-prepared Defendant. Very rare to see people lose and we already have concise defence examples for your exact scenario in the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.

Look what a good job one of many posters with UKCPM claims made today when pointed to the templates:

Not the first version, the one in post #12 there. The OP was like you, then was pointed to the right place in the NEWBIES tread & hey presto their defence is a good one and almost done. Not that this is the only stage!

But reading that little thread is not a shortcut to avoid you actually reading the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread for yourself!
