What’s the lowest I could offer for a house on rolvenden Grove, Kent’s hill, Milton Keynes? Pls search for itvon rightmove as I can’t post the link.

    Well... I guess you can offer as low as you want.

    It's more a question of what's the lowest price that the sellers will accept.

    For example,
    • If they're desperate to sell quickly, they might accept a lower offer. Or...
    • They may need a specific amount in order to buy their next place, so won't accept an offer lower than that amount.

    Often, if you 'chat' with the EA, you can get an insight into the seller's position and their mindset.
