Now TV customer service?

I'm fairly new to Now TV and so far cannot find how to contact Customer Service. The website sends you round the houses, opening windows, and if you manage to find a 'Live Chat' button there is never anyone available at all, no matter the time of day.

I would have thought there were easier ways of contacting someone with whom you have a contract. Does anyone know an email address or when Live Chat might actually work?

I have Now BB rather than the TV but I've used the Live Chat for them in the morning and it's been answered quickly.

I have also been on Live Chat trying to obtain an email address or telephone number. No luck and the chat timed out before my issue was resolved.

Well I'm testing the customer services!


Bloody open reach engineer has probably knocked my cables out the connector.


Eventually found an 0330 number on their site.


12 minute wait to speak to someone.
COnfirmed line fault, not near my house.


Could be 3-5 day fix time. Have applied a discount of 5 days to my account apparently (£3 ish)


Apparently the engineers are very busy in my area. (smells of BS, would Now know this!!!!)

Yes if they're getting a lot of calls from customers in your area.

Well amazingly they have been working on it in less than 24 hours Since fault ocoured. Been working on it about 2 hours but still not fixed.

The phone number for Now TV Broadband Customer Services does seem to be well hidden, but it is: 0330 041 2480 (free from Now TV lines).

It's a pity because I've found them very helpful in the past.

I have been using 0330 041 2510‬ this number has a long wait!
