Amex BA Premium Plus bonus offers

Hi all,
I currently have an Amex Platinum Cashback but am interested to switch to this. Can I do it without going through a full new customer registration?
My current Amex card I get loads of great offers for additional cash back, i.e. spend £100 at Selfridges get £30 back, spend £20 at Amazon get £5 back. These pop up a few times a week for new retailers.
My question is, do these same cash back offers appear on the BA Premium Plus card? My friend briefly showed me his app and he seemed to have a different section with bonus offers on but these were specifically for additional points-i.e. 7 points per £1 spend instead of 1.5 points at retailer X. How often do these bonus offers appear and what kind of retailers are featured?
Just weighing up whether to switch and I don't really want to forfeit the bonus cash back offers as they're often very good. However, if you get these PLUS bonus point offers within the app that could be interesting. I just want to know what kind of bonus point offers you actually get.

Most of the offers on the BA card that we have in this household are the % cashback or spend £xx get £x cashback type. They are almost identical to those on our Amex Gold card.0
