I've searched google et al & can't find the answer.Does the person on the voucher letter have to attend the post office in person or can someone collect on their behalf.
Specifically the account is in my wife's name only & therefore the voucher's in her name. She is disabled & can't always get out.
Many thanks in advance,MSG

Good morning monosodiumgraham and welcome to the forum.
We do see circumstances where partners/relatives/carers redeem vouchers on the customers behalf, as long as they have valid ID in the customer’s name. However it is very much dependent on the post office and is often at their discretion as to whether they will accept, so always worth a try.
If you do have a problem, please speak to our pre-payment teams here.
Thank you
