Hi forumites,
So I got a fun one for you. I switched to Octopus which completed on the 20th October.
How I have a bill from OFTM for the period 20th October - 19th November... wut...
Just cancelled the direct debit to prevent them trying to take the monthly payment I was paying them when with them... I would love to see if they try and add on the '£25 DD cancel fee' to a bill I don't owe them...
