When does Barclaycard Offers refresh?

Hey all, does anyone know when barclaycard update offers on your card? Is it only updated when your new bill is produced or can offers be updated at any random time? Just had my latest statement produced and i have no offers although i cleared my bal in full, two months ago i had offers 0% till 2020! I tried to call them to see if they had any offers for me, was told no, asked are offers only updated when statements produced and was told they had no idea!

Up until recently the offers were refreshed 7 days before the expiry of the present ones. However when it comes to the money transfer offers my offers were not updated until a day before the old ones expired.0 -
Usually based on a calendar month for me. A new one will start a few days before the last one ends, so if they are different its possible to pick the best one. I don't get paper statements, but they send the offers by letter, as well as being available on line. I never use them, because my Barclaycard is a cashback one, so I use it and pay in full to get my 0.5%
I've just logged in and there are 5 offers. A BT ending end of November and another end of December. The same for MTs. Then a strange offer for life of balance at 6.9%.0 -

New money offers just in. 1.9% fee until June 2020. Also another one 2.40% fee for 12 months.0
