Is it worth me trying after the case has been dismissed, or is it too late now?0 -

You could ask - state you would like to claim your Ordinary costs under CPR.... (find it, 27 probably) which amount to:
- a half days loss of leave OR wages, capped at £95. Here is proof...
- parking
- mileage at 45p.

There doesn't need to be a request, you were meant to just tell the Court Usher when you both signed in, and take (hand over if asked) a copy of the Lay Reps Rights of Audience Order, to clarify that you were not just a McKenzie friend (silent). My wife had to do the talking (defendant) and was a nervous wreak because there was no record of me asking to be her lay representative,
Well done on your wife's win though!
