Scottish Power threatening debt recovery without telling me how much I owe

Stop useing Emails and the phone and WRITE a letter headed Complaint instead - Letters delivered by Royal Mail have more legal weight and receipt cannot be denied.
With this in play, Ofgems rules are that SP must issue you with a Complaint No.and settle the matter within *56 days, and also desist from any demands for payment till the Complaint is resolved
*If the matter isn't settled in 56 days, you go directly to the Ombudsman1
