Letter from ZZPS without PCN issued

The ICO website says this:
To avoid personal data about one individual being sent to another,
either accidentally or as a result of deception, you need to be
satisfied that you know the identity of the requester. You can ask
for enough information to judge whether the person making the
request is the individual to whom the personal data relates (or a
person authorised to make a SAR on their behalf).
The key point is that you must be reasonable about what you ask
for. You should not request a lot more information if the identity of
the person making the request is obvious to you. This is particularly
the case when you have an ongoing relationship with the individual
Sending someone a PCN and getting an SAR back from the same person at the same address would in my opinion be a continuing relationship. (I can't abide the corporate bull-speak word, ongoing.)I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
You might want to read Andrew Gogun's thread (no link - newbies need to search) to learn a thing or two about Premier Park's conduct.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why bother? What information do you want to hide?
Thought it best to hide the doc reference number given that you can now transfer ownership online using it and other basic details, they already have. Had some related issues with a different vehicle recently so may be being extra cautious, especially given that the professionalism of these companies is often questioned (and rightly so!).
Responded with necessary items. Suppose its just a waiting game now.
Read through Andrew Gogun's thread as suggested, interested to see how his case develops.0 -
Hi,
So I received a copy of data from Premier Park today following submission of SAR. Interestingly it includes 3 letters that mysteriously didn't arrive, had I received any of those I wouldn't expect to be here now.
Alongside those letters they have sent a number of pages from their software for PCN's. Interestingly they have a page called "Charges and Payments" where they state that the outstanding balance including the debt recovery charge is £150. This is £20 cheaper than what ZZPS are asking for.
The photographs included show only the vehicle entering and exiting what I assume is the car park. This is very close up and only includes the front of the vehicle and a small strip of tarmac. The only thing bearing the location is a small black bar along the top of the photos this is also the timestamp and could easily be added to any image, though I don't dispute I was there for the 16 minutes they are pursuing me for, 11 of them I was trying to pay for the parking!
Where should I go from here? I'm interested in the argument that the grace period is different from the initial observation period as I think this may be the easiest way to get past the issue, however I wonder if the grace period only applies in scenarios where a payment has been made. Should I try and engage Premier Park in some form of dialogue now that I have seen their evidence?
Thanks for your help0 -

The BPA make this statement
“No time limit is specified. This is because it might take one person five minutes, but another person 10 minutes depending on various factors, not limited to disability.”
The BPA’s guidance defines the ‘grace period’ as the time allowed after permitted or paid-for parking has expired but before any kind of enforcement takes place.

They cannot increase the charge. The debt collector failed to collect so they are trying to extort money from you0 -
