Go back to the NEWBIE section and look at post # 2 where you will find comprehensive guidance on what to do and by when. You write of finance forms - are you sure it is a CLAIM FORM you have from Northampton CCBCC or is it a Letter Before Claim?0

many thanks for your reply, it was a claim form and i am following the newbies posts and finding them helpful, i just like to check i am doing the correct thing.
i have entered my defence to the court and received a direct response from them, i have today received a email from Gladstone with a directions questionnaire attached, stating that they intend to for the case to be dealt with on papers without an oral hearing and opted to not pursue mediation. they have attached the directions questionnaire.
i have read the newbies post extensively- my question is do i respond to what Gladstones have sent via email or wait for something the court now sends me ??
thank you in advance0 -
Do not respond to that DQ (it is an attempt to hamper you) but wait for your own DQ to come from the court. Look again at the NEWBIE thread post # 2 for advice on how to complete the DQ to your advantage.0
