Honda Civic - Fix or Replace?

I have a very elderly Honda Civic, 2000, W reg, I have owned the car since 2015. Currently on 104,000 mile. Last MOT scrapped through.

Now, it has started to develop a few faults, and looking for some advice as to the best course of action.
The heater/demister has stopped working, power steering pump needs replacing, and within the last two weeks, I have had to replace the front tyres (they had worn to the cord on the inside only)

I am a single parent, with very little spare cash, so, I do need a reliable car. Should I fix or scrappy?

If you have little spare cash you need a manual and learn when spending a little money now saves a lot of money later on.

Tyres worn on one edge, £20 - £30 worth of tracking and your tyres would have lasted longer.

Steering pump £10 from a breakers.

Heater motor about the same or the switch/resistor under £5.

It depends what the scraped by faults were. If you've invested in new tyres you've almost certainly just spent more than the car is worth on maintaining it. That's the point I should have ditched my Nissan Almera, but I went and put 4 spanking old part-worns on for £100 because I'd had £100 of welding done at MOT time, vastly disadvantaging my lifetime average of spending nothing on it and filling it with vegetable oil.

Then the following week the windscreen cracked and I had no windscreen cover as I'd saved £18 pounds on the insurance. That was the end.

With bangernomics you have to be quite ruthless.

If you have little spare cash then spending a one off £50-£100 fixing it is going to be better than spendin £100-£200 per month for 3-5 years on finance on a newer replacement.
