Parking Eye - Tintagel Sword in the Stone

Hello
I received a Parking Charge Notice issued on 27th September 2018 for a ticket we purchased on 2nd August 2018 whilst on holiday at Tintagel Sword in the Stone car park, we parked for 2 hours 8 minutes, but they had no ticket purchased (checked their website). I have a company car but we got the PCN direct to my company, my MD gave me the ticket and I typed the MD’s response.
I responded from the company appealing the ticket after reading the newbie post etc, appealing the charge, as
a) we purchased a ticket, however, after 8 weeks we could not find this,
b) a family member was also with us and did not receive a ticket, I gave them her registration number, I mentioned under BPA 21.2, they should check their system in case of any minor inputting errors.
c) you should allow an extra 10 minutes to leave the car park, their timings are as you enter and leave, giving no option to find a parking space, unload the kids, obtain a ticket and then pack the kids up when you leave. Noted BPA code of practice 13.4.
d) Then mentioned the time delay of 8 weeks from offence to notification, gave them BPA code of practice 21.6 and 21.9. this was on the 9th October 2018.
I have prevaricated over this but they then wrote to us on 23rd October 2018, asking for further information, stating that my MD wasn’t driving and requesting details of the driver. My MD was on holiday until after the deadline so I couldn’t respond in time. I have read not to give this information. Saying that if after 29 days of issue parking charge not paid in full and details of driver not given then they will recover the amount from the registered keeper.
It then states if you have made or wish to make an appeal on behalf of the driver and you do not provide details of the driver Parking Eye will be obliged to deal with representations made in your name.
Currently we have received no further correspondence from Parking Eye.
So, my question is, what should I do now, when I spoke to my MD he said he was going to give them my name but I did ask him not to. I know we obtained a ticket and feel that this ticket is unjust and they haven’t following their own associations practices.
Hopefully, my post is not too rambling!
Many Thanks for any help and assistance in this matter.

So this was a company vehicle, leased to your company?
Yes or No
If YES then you need to follow the POFA "hirer/lessee" route, which is that the Notice to Hirer MUST have attached ALL the documents required in para 13 and 14 of POFA . They will not have done so.0 -

Oh Lordy NO giving the name of the driver!! Don't throw them under a bus! How to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory...
The company is about to win at POPLA stage.
Email P/Eye and ask where the company's POPLA code is, as the driver will NOT be disclosed:
info@parkingeye.co.uk
With the xxxxx/xxxxx PCN number and 'where is our POPLA code?' in the subject line.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
