savings account recommendations please

I need a new savings account and would like some recommendations. I only put approx. £35k in any one account (until the rules are changed) and I’ve filled ICEsave. I’ve kept my old ING account as I have one or two dividends paid into it on a regular basis and can’t be bothered to change them – but obviously I don’t see it as a good account any more, although to my mind it was the best-run in its day. Don’t even mention Northern Rock – been there, got the T-shirt and removed my funds even before the crash as the website drove me mad. Am now building up Sainsburys as my second largest account but the thing I don’t like about it is that it only shows the interest annually and I really want to know what I’m gaining monthly so that I can incorporate any interest in my budget, if necessary.
So, any recommendations for an easy-access, monthly interest account please?
