ltd Company for eBay Selling

Hi, I am exploring the "dropshipping" business model for selling on eBay, but I think it would be safer to open a ltd company to trade on eBay in case someone tries to sue me for injury or copyright infringement or something else? I will only be using suppliers who expressly allow you to dropship their items. I think then…

Don't forget about the huge amount of returns you are going to get. You might not see the items as they are delivered to the customer but when, and they will, want to return them it's you who gets them back and you who has to get them .

You have to pay the shipping costs back to the customer so you will take a hit. The suppler doesn't need to take them back but you do.

The margins on Ebay and Amazon are not viable for you as a small private seller so think very hard about this as you will lose out.
