Letter from BW Legal - failure to pay PCN from TPS
Comments
-
Quick update. Received another letter while I was away for Christmas. Along the same lines as the previous letter except now this has given me 16 days to pay the same amount so now apparently due on the 03rd January.
This time the letter makes reference to the Beavis case and how BW Legal will use this should TPS choose to go forward with some court claim.
I have since gone to take further photos of the signage at the entrance to this carpark is it possible for me to post these here?
EDIT: I have just noticed something. The car parking control company for The Place Retail Park has now changed from TPS to Euro Car Parks. All previous signage has been removed and changed this would have happened somewhere before Nov 27th when I returned to take photos. So my current photos are of the new euro car park signage and the only images I can find of previous signage are from other threads on this forum or from Google street view. I feel this is going to cause me some grief.0 -
I hope the photos were taken without flash.
Upload the images to a web hosting site such as tinypic, dropbox, or postimage then paste the URL here, but change http to hxxp. Somoene here will then change them back to live links.
Have you complained to the landowner/retail/cafe manager?
Have you complained to your MP about this unregulated scam?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I will see what photos I can find on other threads here from the same car park, will these be ok to use?
As I say mine are now of signage from a different company who have taken over.
I haven't contacted any of those, I did try to reach the landowner but the company who manages the land would not provide me contact details.
Will contacting them still be of any use now that TPS is no longer managing this car park? Thanks for your help so far.0 -
You can find the true landowner via The Land Registry for about £3. Look on their website. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The PPC has been replaced. Take current photos. Demand to see when previous contract terminated.0
