2 hour Free Parking

Hello guys I have a question which I couldn't find anywhere .
With service stations such as Welcome break how does the 2h free parking reset ? Is it .as soon as you leave ?
On Monday afternoon I was parked for under 2 hours at a service station and now Tuesday morning I'm at a different station .
Would all this be fine as long as I keep it under 2 hours or does the 2 hour free parking reset every e.g. 24h

it resets when you leave the site , most places that operate this system say "no return within xx hrs"0

You cannot do so on MSAs
It is also a requirement for the MSA to provide two hours free PARKING, not two hors stay on the site
Getting fuel is not parking, for example.0 -
