Thanks for posting hflower74 & also for posting the source of the competition! May I ask though, where did you get the part about the name & preferred contact details in the email? I only ask because number 5 says to send a blank email?



Christmas Cracker Prize Draw Rules
1. This prize draw is open only to entrants aged 18 or over from the UK, the Channel Islands and BFPO Germany, with the exception of persons involved in the promotion and execution of the draw, employees of Vertbaudet, her sister companies and their families.
2. Entry into the draw is free of charge and is not linked to any obligation to purchase or request a catalogue, nor to any gift allocation scheme.
3. The prizes available in the draw are as follows: 5 x £1000. These prizes are non-transferable.
4. The prize draw fund outlined in rule 3 can be used in conjunction with other promotions operated by Vertbaudet.
5. To take part in the draw, entrants have to send a blank e-mail to [EMAIL="prizedraw@vertbaudet.co.uk"]prizedraw@vertbaudet.co.uk[/EMAIL] before the closing date of the draw at Midnight on the 31/03/2008.
7. Entrants who are unable to e-mail may also enter by sending their contact details to the Brand Manager whose details appear below.
8. The Brand Manager will randomly select winners from among all entries received shortly after the closing date of the draw.
9. Proof of e- mailing or posting or is not deemed as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries arriving after the closing date.
10. Vertbaudet will not be held responsible if, for reasons beyond our control, this draw is partially or totally altered, extended or cancelled.
11. We reserve the right to feature photographs, names and postal town locations of all prize draw winners for advertising purposes (unless they renounce their prize).
12. The prize draw winners will be notified by e-mail or in writing (depending on method of entry) by 30/04/2008. The names of the winners can only be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Brand Manager, Vertbaudet, 18 Canal Road, Bradford, BD99 4XB between 30/04/2008 and 31/05/2008.
13. The prizes will be allocated. In the event of any prizes remaining unclaimed one month after the winners have been notified, the prizes in question will be redrawn from among all valid Entry Forms received.
14. A copy of these rules will be sent free of charge to anyone who makes a request in writing to the address above.
