PPS - Premier parking solutions work car park

Hi guys,
I have received a car parking sticket stuck to my window in a private car park. If anyone has any advice, I'd be greatly appreciative. The company that I work for, hires 6 spaces off of a freeholder who owns a car park in Exeter, Devon, which has signs as you drive in advising of the conditions required, such as displaying a valid permit. I have tried to contact the freeholder as she has previously cancelled other charges for people in the past in my office and she has refused to help me out. I am new to the company that I work for and I hadn't stuck in my new permit in my window, it was in the glove compartment, so the same day I put it in the window after receieving the ticket. The company PPS (Premier parking solutions LTD) Newton abbot, TQ12 9FX appear to be an AOS member. They say that if I don't pay the £60 in 14 days it goes up to £100. Please someone help. It advises that the ticket is to the driver of the vehicle to which is is affixed as, at the time of issue, it was: 'No valid ticket or permit display'.
Cheers,

Hi, I have now seen that, however I'm confused as to what part of the NEWBIE thread this would fall under? Thank you0

The bit which tells you not to try to find an exact match for your circumstances....

You won't be paying this.
Try the person the woman reports to. Why would they be inconsistent and not cancel for a new employee, which puts that person at risk of being sued? Ask, is that their intent, if so why is this even a thing, when it is in their gift to tell PPS to cancel charges?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
