Business current account switch - delay for redirected payments

I've just moved our business account from Santander to Natwest using the Current Account Switch Service. Payments generally seem to have been redirected normally but we receive old fashioned 3 day giro settlements from Worldpay which seem to have been delayed or stopped since the switch.

The Current Account Switch Service guarantee mentions that payments in and out will be redirected but I can't seem to find any information on this specifically on any delays that might affect old fashioned giro / 3 day transfers, and I'm worried because at least one large settlement has been delayed or gone missing.

Does anyone know if redirecting a 3 day payment would take a further 3 days for example?

Depends if its done as a fast payment or not from the losing bank, it should be by default I would have thought. Worldpay is no different effectively from any other incoming payment subject to any issues at their end. You switching the account shouldn't affect this.

It may be worth contacting Worldpay as and when the three working days have elapsed.
