    Looks like it was received after 50 days.

    Was it before day 56? That's how many days they have to send it. It's starting to look like it might be POFA compliant.

    Have you received a PoPLA code yet?
    The keeper has already appealed and should have been given the opportunity to appeal to PoPLA.

    Complain to the BPA and DVLA if you haven't got a code.

    In any case, you should complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.

    No code received, but it would appear they haven't concluded the appeal that was lodged and therefore a code has not yet been sent.

    For your POPLA appeal concentrate on things like poor signage and lack of landowner consent. Being close to Christmas they may struggle to get a witness statement in time.
