Barclays ppi questionnaire

Hi I had a monument card some years go and last week Barclays sent me a letter with a questionnaire to fill in as i cant remember most of the questions do i have to fill it in surely if thy have sent this letter thy must know all the answers asked I do hope some one can help its my first
time on hear and my age is not helping me thank you in advance for any help

They don't know all the answers as they don't know why, if at all, you think you were mis sold. They send the same letter to everyone.

Fill in what you remember, leave what you don't.

Not sure I get your logic.

Pre 2005 sales required virtually no information at point of sale (it is one of the reasons the banks went to court as they felt pre 2005 cases being measured on post 2005 rules was unfair). So, it is highly unlikely they have the info. Also, if they do have the info, they need to verify it is correct. Asking you allows for confirmation or new information to be supplied.

If you dont remember, that is what you say. It wont harm your complaint. It just wont help it. Do not guess or tell lies. If they do have information and you give them different information, that is when it can harm your complaint.

Hi, have Barclays sent you their PPI questionnaire or their Payment Break Plan (PBP) Questionnaire?
