Honeywell heating controller buzzing and turning on and off

I have a Honeywell heating unit/controller. The heating comes on at 5.30, the hot water comes on at 7.00pm. Everything seems normal and works fine however for some reason on an evening when the hot water comes at the 7.00pm the unit suddenly buzzes and just repeatedly turns on and off every 2 seconds. If I manually turn the hot water off, the unit and heating work fine. The hot water seems to work fine when the heating isnt on oddly!
I did check for loose connections but it all seemed fine. Really weird that it only happens when the hot water comes on when the heating is already on.
Anybody have any ideas to test?

Now the pump/boiler wont turn off when the timer has finished and I manually set the heating and hot water to permanently off! That is a new one for me:beer: Printing money since 2008 :beer:0

The Boiler and pump click and and startup when Heating is set to On, but doesnt fire up when the hot water is set to on. Very odd:beer: Printing money since 2008 :beer:0
