Clearing debt and credit report?

Hi!
In September I cleared off a large debt on a barclaycard credit card but it's still showing on my credit report as unpaid. When should I expect to see this updated and how will this affect my score?

It depends on when the lender reports, but you should see if within the next couple of months.
It will probably make your score drop as it's a significant change, but that's ok. Your score isn't an accurate indicator of anything and not seen or used by lenders.
The important thing is that lenders will view you more positively as you will be carrying less debt.0
