Keith, sorry but one further question as I prepare for the questioning tomorrow
My understanding is that because Gemini didn't make me aware of the PCN within 28 days through contacting me at the wrong address, they did not follow the freedom of informations procedure thus I am not liable as the keeper but not driver. However, was the PCN being put on the windscreen in itself a notice to keeper (even though I wasn't aware of it)?0 -
