Sash window keys replacement

Options
I recently moved out of a rented property and during my time there lost the keys to the sash windows.

The letting agents want to replace the locks (instead of buying new keys) and are claiming they've been quoted £418 to do this.

Does anyone know how much it should cost to replace the locks for sash windows? This quote seems ridiculous!

That all depends on whether they are generic keys - In which case the quote is stupid, or whether they are true window security locks where they are unique to the key - In which case it may be fair.
