If this is your real life attitude a union's not going to be able to help you.
Given you were advised by OH to consult a union users are surmising that you already have an issue and are advising accordingly. If you'd left that nugget out of your post the chances are that whilst the answer would have been the same the tone may have been softer
ETA Having just read your other post a union is unlikely to be the solution you're looking for - I can't understand why OH would suggest that0 -
They wanted the OP out of their hair, I can understand the feeling.0

My union UNISON has a 4 week rule. That means that the person has to be a member for at least 4 weeks before the issue they need support/advice/representation for occured.£2 Savers Club for 2019 #11. Target = £250 by July0

Why do people post on here for advice, and then when they don't like what they are told, start being rude and offensive to people?0

It happens all too often, the OP's issues stem from her wondering why she can't get on with her new colleagues! We need a 'toys out of pram' icon!0

And here comes another to stir the pot!
I asked a simple question and got the answer. I didn’t go out of my way to attack anyone until I noticed the responses that had been left after Comms’ advice.
There are some lovely helpful people on here and unfortunately too many people who think they own the forum and that they have the right to belittle others.
As for the comment about my colleagues and Work situation, you really need to grow up. I wonder if you would behave this way in person, I think not!0 -

I did wonder what I had said to deserve that reaction.
